I cannot say thank you enough to Tammy Harper Clark-Realtor for everything she has done to help us find a new home! We had a home under contract back in July/Aug and the inspections and estimates continued to reveal bad news. Tammy was there every single time that an inspector and/or contractor came and I knew she didn't have to come but she always said it was an opportunity for her to learn more. We ended up voiding the contract on that home and I felt really bad that she had spent so much time on the house but she never made us feel bad and actually reassured us that she thought we were making the right choice. After that, I told her that we were going to stop actively searching and give it some time. Tammy continued to send us listings here and there over the next couple of months and finally there was one that we wanted to go see...we did...we loved....we offered. The negotiation went on for a full month (due to super slow responsive sellers) and Tammy did a fantastic job dealing with my impatience and my need to talk about the house ALL the time...even super late at night We closed on the house earlier this week and I just can't say enough about how wonderful she was to work with! Her thoroughness and initiative went above and beyond her job as realtor! If you are looking to buy or sell in Glasgow....give Tammy a call...I promise you will not be disappointed!
