Finding and purchasing the house that meets all your desired criteria in Rio Rancho is difficult enough when you live in the area. It's a crazy proposition when you live a 10-hour drive away in another state. Amber made it work for us. Amber sent us regular updates on new listings that met our criteria. She always responded quickly to emails, texts, and phone calls. When photos on websites were lacking or insufficient, Amber even sent us video tours of homes. In a market where timing is everything, Amber was always prompt in writing up and submitting offers and counteroffers. Her advice was always solid and her negotiating skills were invaluable.
