In the attempt of buying property sight-unseen, from 3000 miles away, at a different timezone, during a global pandemic, Ilona provided excellent assistance throughout the entirety of our transaction. We initially chose her amongst several realtors we talked to because Ilona took the time to explain the process to us and gave us all the resources we needed to make a decision (whether buying a fixer upper or a move in ready home). She communicated with us via the medium we preferred (text message) and was mostly prompt at responding. She was always HONEST about how she felt during certain situations which validated my feelings when I'm a bit uneasy (trust me... this happened a lot when buying a house during a pandemic). She never judged us, especially knowing that we are young buyers. She's also seemingly well connected being a local on kauai for 20 something years. Post closing, I moved and have to quarantine, and she offered to deliver me things I need such as groceries and ... my spectrum box. I really appreciated that. I really enjoyed working with Ilona and will definitely work with her again.
