We cant speak highly enough of our experience with Allison Cassity. We went through her for our first home purchase in 2015 with very little knowledge about how to find the right place. We met with a couple of realtors before Allison, but we knew instantly that she was the one for us. We recently sold our home and once again chose her as our agent. She is honest and hands-on (she even cleaned out one of our bathroom sink drains!), and she really helped to take the pressure off of us. She was there for us at all times and walked us through all the steps in the process. Communication is a priority for her, she managed to answer all of our questions within a timely manner and made sure to keep us posted at all times. It has definitely been a pleasure working with her. If we ever have friends looking for homes or thinking about selling we always recommend Allison to them!

My family and I lived in the Bay Area and after many years got tired of the hustle and bustle and decided to find a smaller community in a remote area. We spent over a year looking for the right home and with it being a 5 hour drive to see homes of interest, we often times didn?t provide Allison with much lead time. Allison was wonderful and always accommodating. She knew this would be a huge change for us and plaid attention to what we were looking for so she could make recommendations about properties that were available. Not only that but she helped ensure we understood everything that was expected of us, answered all of our questions which often felt silly but she never minded, and made what could have been a painful process painless. Allison is a long time member of this community with a lot of insight and knowledge to share and has even been there to help us after we moved into our lovely home!
