We contacted Helen because the Raleigh area was ONE of our areas of interest for relocation. She invited us down to the area for, what she called, a "lifestyle tour". Rather than just showing us houses, she took us around to the types of places that would interest us and compliment our lifestyle: parks, trails, shopping, dining preferences, etc. She was very attentive to everything we told her and was careful to show us what was in our range and desire, rather than showing us properties that waste our time on the irrelevant. After we found the house we preferred most, she was attentive and helpful, providing careful guidance throughout the process. He communication was continuous and responsive. She never dropped off our project, not even after settlement. I recommend Helen fully, for anyone considering a relocation to RTP area. She is the consummate professional.

Terb and his team went above and beyond to help me during the entire home buying process. As it was my first home purchase, they took the extra time to explain each step in detail and clear up any confusion I had. His team was incredibly responsive despite the fact that I was 3 hours behind in California. It is evident that they care about their clients and go the extra mile for them. Although the property itself was delayed many months from its original closing date, Terb and his team maintained a constant effort to communicate with the builders team and provide consistent updates to me along the way. I never once felt abandoned during the process nor doubted their competence. I want to take this opportunity to give a special thanks to each member of the team that I worked with directly.
