We have worked with Anna for about one year in all that time she has gone out of the way to be available to us. As an example, the first time we met we were late --we came from Corvallis and did not arrive until about 7PM or so --well she was waiting and cheerfully helped us. She has cheerfully driven us to view many homes in the Klamath Falls area and the outskirts too!! She has provided us with info of homes that are within the price range and size, and number of bedrooms and baths continually. She has found homes for us and also is willing to work with us with the homes that we found on Zillow and Realtor.com and other sources as well. While inspecting the homes we are being shown, she is quick to point out the various aspects of the homes to us that we miss and need to be aware of should we purchase the home.When we have a home that we find is not suitable for some reason she is quick to abort the offer and help us to move on. She does not try to have us accept an offer that we find not acceptable but continually has our best interests at heart!!As for Anna herself we have found her to be continually upbeat, cheerful, energetic and anxious to help us find that special "home."At one appointment that a conflict has come up with the time that we would meet with her she is quick to locate an associate that helped us in our search for a home.Since we have come from out of the area Anna has been very helpful in locating various professionals to assist us in our move and also to suggest various merchants, services and motels that we could use.We a very happy and satisfied customer of Anna Hawkins....david & helene
