Darleen was very attentive to our needs/situation. She knew we had a full house of three generations of "stuff". We never felt pressured to, for example, move faster, to get more done such as packing. She was personally a big help in providing recommendations for third parties to assist us with, various aspects of the move: handy man; stager, to help with the packing and recycling process; surveyor; attorney; electrician, to bring our detectors up to code; and clean-out recycler, for all the the remaining "stuff" we could not take. These professionals were just that and I would highly recommend their services. Darleen helped us with what we originally expected to be a smooth sale. Little did we know that it would turn out to be one of the most complicated any of us had ever experienced (including Darleen).
