Olga made the sales happen because she consistently stayed on top of the buyers' and sellers' requirements. We told her that we wanted to buy two properties next to each other but owned by different parties. Both had to be sold to us or there was to be no deal for either. She kept in contact with one set of sellers who lived out of state so that inspections and title resolutions could be done without having me fret. She found contractors to inspect the houses. She kept after the other sellers, who no longer occupied the property but lived locally, to get some repairs done. I would say she more than met my expectations. She was superwomen because she is not shy about calling people, reminding people of their deadlines, and all the while being very congenial. She made sure that my communications with the sellers was not confrontational but was polite and firm. She made sure I didn't get too discouraged.We had a long journey together but without Olga the deal wouldn't have ended successfully.Tony D.

My first impression of Geo was his professionalism, and he asked me what I wanted in a realtor. And I told him that I wanted to sell my house, "quick". He was very knowledgeable about the local housing market. He showed me other houses selling in the area, their location and listing price, and paying attention to details like how many bedrooms, baths, garage doors, and if they had any unique quality, etc. He showed me a comparison of those house against my house listed at different prices, which gave me an idea of how they compared to my house, and this was one of the main factors of helping me decide what to list my house for. He was very informative, direct, open, understanding, and told me stories of other houses that he has sold in the area. For there on, I knew I could trust him in selling my house. I've seen his dedication to his work, up early, and staying late into the evenings trying to get things accomplished. Geo has excellent communication skills, consistent with follow ups, effective in networking on social media by showing house selling in the area and/or giving directions to an open house, and being a team player. I give high fives to Geo, Jason, and Marcus and everyone at Coldwell Banker High Desert Realty for doing an Excellent Job for selling my house in less than two months!!!

Long story follows....3 years ago, we decided we wanted to purchase a home and reached out to Geo for information. At the time he informed us of the necessary steps but I am not someone who wants to follow every single step, if there is step I see that I can skip I will jump. 3 years ago, I jumped too high and too far. Needless to say, we didn't get past the qualifying process and our dreams of being a home owner were shattered. Rest assure this was not on Geo but on our own financial circumstances and MY unwillingness to follow instructionsGeo called with the sad news and we were beyond devastated but Geo's words of encouragement and advise at that time kept pushing us. Even after we were informed that we were not qualified for a purchase we continued to bug Geo about listed properties and he gladly gave us information.Fast forward 3 years, we felt we were ready to try again. Low and behold we qualified! We made sure to reach out to Geo and he immediately got us scheduled to see homes that we were interested in, even ones that were not listed but were something we were looking for. 3 years passed and Geo still knew what we had originally wanted, that says a lot. Within days we chose the property we wanted to make an offer on and Geo ran with it. Since Geo has been in this business for several years he has come to know other agents and how they work. Geo was upfront with us to make sure we were never caught off guard during the whole process, up to the second we received the keys to our home. There was never a time where Geo was not able to explain a document we didnt understand; trust me there were a lot of documents. There was never a time where we were unable to reach Geo; we had access to him via call, email, text and in-person.There is nothing we regret about our experiences with Geo. In fact, we are relieved that the first attempt 3 years ago did not go anywhere because today, we are owners to an even more beautiful property than we could have ever imagined. We have not only been blessed with a home but we have also been blessed in forming a bond with Geo. We have thanked Geo a million times but it never seems to be enough because he was the one that encouraged and motivated us when we were down. We wish every hopeful homeowner could have a Geo in their corner.Geo,Never think that your work goes unappreciated or unnoticed. You make dreams come true, you turned our dream into a reality, thank you!
