My property was acreage plus an old house. To Put it on the market, I interviewed three Realtors and chose Mark because he best identified a marketing plan for it. Mark was always responsive, resourceful, and savvy about prepping the house, which needed some work to get it on the market. During the listing, he worked hard to bring potential buyers to the property, and maintained active relations with Realtors in the local area and in the Atlanta Metro area. We ended up getting three offers within what i required for selling and we were able to go with the one that best fit my families criteria. Mark was a real Pro in helping to explain our options, and keep to a clear negotiating strategy. During the run up to closing he kept monitoring the Buyers' activities from getting a survey, to handling the walk-thru and progress on conventional financing. All the while keeping me informed. To sum up, I chose Mark because he has considerable experience in both knowing the rural market he works in, and in how to work with all kinds of people. I was always confident in him and that confidence paid-off handsomely.

What a GREAT experience! Our mountain home search began 6 years ago. We were not in a hurry, but rather on the hunt for the perfect property for our family retreat. We reached out every couple of years and Scott would explore the stock available with us patiently and with an understanding that we were not going to purchase until we aEURoefelt it in our bonesaEUR?. This year was the year! We did our research primarily on the Zillow platform. I reached out to Scott yet again, with an updated wish list and a smathering of properties that appeared to have potential for meeting our needs and wants. They were spread over a wide geographical area here in the North GA mountains and I was impressed to find that he was familiar with the majority of the areas. He was able to provide very detailed feedback about each home, its surroundings and general feel, which enabled us to eliminate many without wasting time on visits. We were looking for a particularly remote and private setting which is not easy to gather from the Zillow profiles unless you know the areas. Once we narrowed done the pool, he made himself available to visit them quickly since the inventory was moving SO FAST. Once we found ourselves in love, he guided us with great detail through every step of the process, making suggestions for resources for inspection, financing, and repair services. He consulted on items that came up and managed negotiations professionally and without drama. He stayed in the loop of communication with all parties involved which made managing the process remotely so much easier and less stressful. Bottomline, he is an intelligent, well organized, professional who really cares about the quality of his work and measures it by the satisfaction of his clients. What more could you ask for really??
