My fiance and I were looking to purchase our first home, we had no idea what we were doing, the market was insane (started looking January 2022), and we were on a time crunch with our daughters arrival in the summer. We were stressed and knew it could take some time to find a house that we loved and could afford. When we started working with Georgiana we knew that we were in good hands. We received updates whenever homes in our budget were first placed on the market and as soon as we told Georgie that we wanted to take a look at a place she would reach out and make it happen. She has years of experience in the real estate field so we trusted any advice she gave. She kept us calm and updated when we put a bid in for a house and we were able to get an offer accepted on a house that we love within a month of searching. Georgie walked us through the process of purchasing the house by updating us when she was emailing something over that we needed to look at, helped us with any resources we needed (like a home inspector) and made the closing process quick and simple. I hope we dont move again soon but know that if the time comes well be asking for Georgies help to sell our home and purchase the next one.
