Our experience with Kim Gammon could not have been better. As a relocation client living in another state, I was worried about making the right connection. Kim was referred to us by another Realtor in the area and from our very first (and lengthy!) phone call, I knew my worries were over. Kim listened to all my needs in a new home, concerns and what was most important to my family. She then came up with great listings in areas that fit our needs. Kim definitely understood what we were looking for and was careful not to waste our time.When we decided which home was best for our family, Kim was extremely helpful in the negotiating process. She kept me calm throughout and spent much time going back and forth. What was particularly impressive about this was not only was this over Easter weekend, Kim was also away on a family vacation. She could have easily had someone in the office help us, but she followed the entire deal through.Kim is very pleasant, energetic, and very knowledgeable about real estate and Bucks County. In all honesty, I can't imagine having a better experience with anyone else.
