Lynne was great to work with from start to finish! Shes super-responsive and starts her day early, so wed get immediate answers to daytime questions and to late night inquiries by the time we woke up. She has impressive local knowledge, a large network of useful contacts, and a spot-on sense of market value. We felt no pressure throughout the process and, especially since this was our first home purchase, we benefited from her honest opinions of each property. Its been a crazy sellers market, and Lynne hustled to make things work with the house that we ultimately purchased, including arranging a showing on very short notice, walking the property with an inspector while we were out of town, getting our offer in first, and communicating frequently with us and the listing agent. Post-closing, Lynne has still been checking in, and stopped by today to see how were making out. Were very happy that we chose to work with her, and wed highly recommend her expertise to anyone!

After 13 months on the market and 112 showings with another realtor, We found and hired Lynne.
