If you are looking for a dedicated, patient, kind, caring and all around amazing Realtor, look no further .. Katie Burroughs is who you want to help you find your next home! We began our home search over two years ago. We didn't know exactly what we wanted. We met Katie at an open house and she was very kind, knowledgeable, approachable, and most of all non-pressuring. Katie kindly gave us her card and told us to send her an email indicating what we were looking for. We eventually sat down and made a list of the things we were looking for in our next home, and sent Katie our list. Katie immediately got to work pulling up properties and emailing us potential homes for us to review. We looked at many homes over the past 2+ years. Some were great, some not so great, others looked better in the photos than in person. However, none felt like "home" to us. Katie assured us that the more homes we looked at, the more we would develop a feel for exactly what we were looking for, and she was right. Katie often assured us that the market changes daily, and that something will come up when we least expect it. Well, we persevered and just like she said, we finally walked through the front door of our new home! It took a while, but we never gave up, and we ended up finding exactly what we wanted and didn't have to settle or compromise on anything! Katie was helpful through the entire home search and buying process. Beginning with the search, placing our bid, negotiations and finally to closing Katie took the time to explain everything that was going to happen in our home buying journey as she was with us every step of the way. Never did we feel out of the loop. We were priority one to Katie, and she always made herself available to answer questions, or meet with us as needed. At our closing, as we looked around the table at our team, Katie was front and center and was the first to say Congratulations after we signed. Without her, this would not have been possible. During our 2+ year search, she never gave up on us, and we never gave up on her. When we purchased our first home, we purchased it directly from the seller. That was a very different experience, and what we have learned is that a Realtor truly makes a positive difference in the entire home buying process. When we first met, Katie was our Realtor, during our journey of finding our home, we are proud to say that Katie has become a trusted and dear friend, and if we had it to do over, we'd do it all the same! Again, I highly recommend Katie Burroughs as a Realtor. She is professional, knowledgeable, down to earth, honest, kind, caring, she has a wonderful personality and in our opinion, she is the best Realtor in Monroe County!
