We had the pleasure of working with Carole, Matt, and Paul Bernsen for 2 home sales and a home purchase over the span of 3 years. Given the great experience we had 2 years ago, we did not hesitate to use the Bernsen team for our latest home sale when we had to move out of state.Every single instance has been as enjoyable as possible. Carole and the rest of the Bernsen team were extremely responsive, knowledgeable, and understanding. Their attention to detail is second to none, and we found the team's knowledge of the intricacies of the local market to help us sell our homes for a price we were comfortable with, quickly. It starts with the Bernsen's team wide range of resources including professional photographers and ability to present the home in a way that drew the most interest from prospective buyers.In the negotiation phase of the sale, they were able to give us accurate comparisons and provide realistic expectations on both pricing the house the sell, and the appropriate price to offer when buying a home. In the negotiating phase, Carole's knowledge on what things were appropriate to fix, both as a buyer and a seller, helped ease the anxiety between the initial contract and closing date. With any issues that arose, the team had a large network of professionals that were able to address a large range of potential problems - electrical issues, structural problems, finishes.
