Our experience with Kurt was great!!! We interviewed 3 agents before we listed with Kurt. His proposal was professional and very knowledgeable about the market, the area and targeted buyers. We sold our property to a mortgage broker from out of the area. We had a scheduled close date but unknown to us our buyer was working 2 loans to get the best interest rate. What that meant to us is the close/move out date for us kept changing. Kurt was able to unravel the continued delays caused by the buyer and finally we closed. It was only Kurts tenacity, knowledge and professionalism that made it all come together... This was a difficult situation for all of us but Kurt kept the stress level down - thank goodness. Kurt is the kind of Real Estate Agent that you want on your side. Is Kurt Congdon a good real estate agent??? Yes - he is the BEST!!! Will we use Kurt in the future? Most Definitely.

New to my current area in 2000, per recommendation, my real estate agent was Kurt. He took a great deal of time with me showing real interest with my housing concerns. He is a definite professional in his dealing with clients, and he has a great sense of humor lightening the mood in what can sometimes be a trying event for the client.
