Chelsea was very responsive and available in showing us all around Logan Ut to find our new home. The process of all the paperwork and setting up appointments to closing date was very smooth and fast. The home inspector missed a few things and the seller didn't disclosed some problems we found moving in. Chelsea helped us resolve those issues even after the closing date. Thank you ChelseaI would like to add a comment from a buyers perspective. I wish there was an added step in the process. In the closing agreement after a seller moves out that the carpets and house be cleaned before the new Buyers move in. This is the only decent thing to do. This was the only complaint, issue, and disappointment I had moving from out of state to find I was moving my furniture into a dirty house. Thanks Chelsea for resolving these issues...
