The Parry team was absolutely amazing in getting me into a place that would best fit my needs. Debbie knew about places that were not listed on websites I had looked at and was aware of price points, other options, and new listings to help our search. Because of the market, we bid at full price for the place I bought, but if we hadnt, its likely that we wouldnt have even gotten the seller to accept the offer. Debbie was knowledgable, easy to get ahold of even during personal crises in her life, and always quick to respond. Even after the purchase of my place, she has helped me by bringing me an electric skillet when my gas was off, contacting plumbers and other repair people when I didnt know who to ask for help, and in helping me get my home warranty issues resolved when needed. Dennis was also great to work with and I would highly recommend their team!

Thanks to Chelsea I am in the home of my dreams! She was very helpful through the entire process and extremely patient.First, it took a while to find the right house. She was instrumental in arranging many house showings/walk throughs. By my count it was ten houses, but I might be forgetting a few.Second, when I was finally under contract she was very helpful with an inspection and negotiating needed repairs. The most important thing she helped with was the mortguage. On the day we were supposed to close, the mortguage fell through. Chelsea helped negotiate more time in order to close at a later date. Beyond that she helped find a new mortguage company that was able to approve the loan and help close on the house.I'm grateful for Chelseas expertise and recommendations. I would highly recommend working with Chelsea and the Parry team.
