Chelsea was phenomenal. Qhite literally no one better! She made the process of selling our townhome and purchasing our new home one hundred times easier. She knew what we wanted and didn't settle for anything less. It's a tough market out there right now because there aren't very many houses on the market. We started doubting what we wanted in a home and settling for something less than what we were hoping for. Rather than taking the easy way out and just selling us any home out there, she kept us on track and helped us find the perfect home for us. In other words, she did what was best for us and not just her. She went above and beyond by even helping us with our loan officer. There were issues that arose and she was the first one to step up and help take care of it. Chelsea shows up every time with a smile on her face and energy that is contagious. We're considering buying another house just to spend more time with her! If possible, we'd give her 20 stars. She deserves every one.
