I was a first time home buyer and had little knowledge on how the whole process worked. Dean was referred by a friend after having a terrible experience with another real estate agent. When I first reached out to Dean he returned my call within minutes, explained exactly what to expect, sent me listings immediately after hanging up, and showed an emotionally vested interest in helping me find my perfect home.
