My experience with Evelyn Dongo was a very positive one. She was referred to me by a mortgage loan officer in East Boston, after getting pre approved for a home loan back in March 2016. I called her to make an appointment about looking for properties. She was very polite and accessible. We met at her office in Malden. My wife and I talked to her about locations, needs and preferences such as number of bedrooms, yard, proximity to schools and so forth. Evelyn notified us periodically about the properties that were in the market and open houses. Evelyn arranged visits to available properties that we were interested in. After a couple of months, Evelyn suggested a property in Revere that was available and had the features that my wife and I were looking for. We saw the property, analyzed the features and made a decision to put an offer. Our offer was accepted. The rest of the process went on without difficulties
