I, like most people was a first time home buyer. For most people this is a very scary and challenging point in their life. What you need more than anything is a guiding light/helping hand. There are so many questions and unknowns that come with this time. Simply put, in this moment and any other time, Bob Keener is your man. His experience and knowledge is second to none. With Bob there are no bad questions. There is no judgment. Bob will help you every step of the way, and his focus is your needs. His goal is not to sell a house, it is to find your forever home. Even when you arent in contact, he is working in the background helping put you in the best position possible. I have personally recommend Bob to many people, and he has helped a long time friend of mine through the same process. Bob is a great person, realtor, and in a sense, friend. When the day comes I need to relocate, he will be my first phone call because I know he will have my interests in mind, not a personal agenda. There is one correct choice, and that is Bob Keener.

Tammy showed me a house that I found out after house inspection needed extensive costly repairs . I was unable to come to an agreement with the seller so the deal fell through. Tammy guilt tripped me into letting the seller keep my earnest money because the sellers felt "all the money shouldn't have just went to inspections" even tho the contract that was signed by everyone didn't say they wanted a non refundable deposit . I was also told it's cause the house was off the market 2 weeks and they may have missed an opportunity even tho the house was already for sale for MONTHS prior to me seeing it . So didn't get house and she made sure seller atleast got 500 bucks for doing nothing when I've been the one drive 5 hours one way for inspections and checking on the house etc .Tammy didn't have my best interest in mind at all only the sellers she represents.
