Kevin is far and away the best real estate agent I have ever worked with over the years. He is a consummate professional, very knowledgeable, incredibly responsible, and a great listener. He is also personable, kind hearted, fair, honest, an excellent communicator and a great negotiator who effectively managed several potentially emotional issues between buyer and seller that were all resolved equitably.In addition, Kevin's lovely wife and son are also realtors and work as a highly effective team to help their clients. For example, when Kevin took a brief vacation to Alaska, he was texting and emailing me to resolve various house repair issues from the airplane as he was waiting for it to take off. When he was out of phone range, his son covered for him and kept things going until Kevin got back.I would recommend Kevin to anyone who is looking to buy or sell real estate or property in the foothills communities around Denver.
