Dee Ann was fantastic to work with. Her knowledge of the industry and and the various processes throughout the transaction is top rate. Dee Ann maintains excellent communication every step of the way and promptly returns all emails, texts, or calls. She was very helpful throughout multiple negotiations. I interviewed three realtors before asking Dee Ann to represent me. All of them gave similar estimations of listing/selling prices. Those figures were overly optimistic, even for the hot Denver real estate market. I would have preferred more realistic expectations set from the start, but given multiple realtors assessed the house similarly, I chalk it up to industry over enthusiasm when trying to recruit business. Dee Ann and her team were very professional and I would choose to work with her again.
