I found Donnas ad on the back of a bathroom stall inside a VASA gym. Not sure where to begin, I reached out to her and she immediately got us set up to start looking at properties on the MLS. Once ready to move forward, Donna was open to phone calls, got us set up for finance pre-approval, and ventured out to tour several houses within a couple of days. During the trying times of COVID-19, we went into the processing knowing it wouldnt be your typical realtor/buyer relationship. Having never met in person, our first encounter was quite funny having her throw a bag of gloves at me for touring all the houses. Donna was very flexible, spent her day showing us houses from Castle Rock to Aurora and even added on one that wasnt initially on our list until the last minute. She guided us through each house and the pros/cons to each. She was able to spot things the average person wouldnt and offered her expertise on things that would make the difference in each home. When it came time to decide, she was outstanding! She is very professional, honest and attentive. We couldnt be happier with the service we received from Donna and I would highly recommend her to anyone searching for a new home!
