Hello, My name is Rob Blau and this is my first review Ive ever written. I am honored to do so because Casey has been absolutely fantastic to work with! As a first time buyer I was unsure about a lot of things and Casey was able to teach me everything I needed to compete and close on a home. It was quite the challenge in a sellers market but we were able to work together and accomplish our goal. Since I travel for work Casey was also able to work around my schedule which was very helpful. I also appreciate how available she is. Anytime I had a question or concern I was able to call or text her and would receive a response in a timely manner. Even before day one, before I knew or realized I was going to be shopping for a condo to purchase, I had already messaged Casey to see if she would be my realtor some day when the timing was right. Thankfully and without hesitation she said yes. With her guidance and expertise throughout, the experience has been a godsend to myself and girlfriend in not only finding a very nice place to reside, but Caseys negotiating skills are second to none! She caught things I or others overlooked. It never really mattered what time of day or night (within reason of course) that she would get a bewildering call or text from me because I didnt understand something. She always replied, always seemed to have the answers, and if she didnt have the answer then, she would get it and return promptly with any answers! Casey has exceeded my expectations for making it easy to purchase. She most definitely puts in the work and time and takes each client personally under her wing so to speak. I cant thank her enough!

She was exactly the go-getter, can-doer, tough-lover, try-a-good-new-idea-outer, out-of-the-box-thinker EVERYONE in the greater Cape Fear NC area should be lucky enough to have as their real estate agent. She tells you what you need to do get the best results and how to do them. But also tells you when you don't need to do too much. She tells you when you're living in a fantasy world, but ALSO when you're not thinking big enough. She looks for interesting ways to work up interest, and juggles competing offers - including which might look good at first glance, but what to look for beyond the headline offer price. And then there are the beautiful photos and videos she takes - including drone footage - that she is uniquely qualified to create due to her years as a professional television news producer, editor and reporter. This isn't about "liking" Casey - it's about immensely RESPECTING her and her skillset. HIRE HER!
