Even before day one, before I knew or realized I was going to be shopping for a condo to purchase, I had already messaged Casey to see if she would be my realtor some day when the timing was right. Thankfully and without hesitation she said yes. With her guidance and expertise throughout, the experience has been a godsend to myself and girlfriend in not only finding a very nice place to reside, but Caseys negotiating skills are second to none! She caught things I or others overlooked. It never really mattered what time of day or night (within reason of course) that she would get a bewildering call or text from me because I didnt understand something. She always replied, always seemed to have the answers, and if she didnt have the answer then, she would get it and return promptly with any answers! Casey has exceeded my expectations for making it easy to purchase. She most definitely puts in the work and time and takes each client personally under her wing so to speak. I cant thank her enough!
