My husband was offered a job in Twin Falls, ID. Before we accepted the job, we contacted Gary and Beverly to help us get a better feel of the area. I told them we are not interested in buying right away. We would prefer to rent for a bit while we look for land and build. I told them a little of what we were looking for in land options. Even though they were not going to make a sale right away, they were more than willing to show us around. And that they did! They spent over 4 hours with us. They showed us places to shop, eat, hang out, etc. They gave us information on close by camping and activities in town. They gave us information on the schools and neighborhoods. We looked at some land that might interest us in the future. They were quite the tour guids. Before we went up to Twin, we were not sure if we would accept the job or not. Gary and Beverly helped us make a confident decision in moving to Twin Falls. It was a huge bonus to have both a male and female, Husband and Wifes opinion on things. Since we have accepted the job, they have continued to help. Relocating can be very difficult, but they have continued to help us find a rental that will work for us. Its a huge releif knowing I have someone up there that can help us out since we are so far away still. I was so pleased that they would spend this time with us knowing that we were not going to buy a home. I felt they were really interested in us and our decision. And have continued to be helpful.
