Alex sold our 1 bdr 1 bth loft condo in Fullerton 38K above market value! We needed to get out of our condo but were underwater by about 30K. Alex got it done when it seemed all hope was lost. The entire process, from listing to close of escrow, was all done remotely. I never had to take time out of my busy day to meet with Alex because he handled everything seamlessly, remotely and in the background.We could not have been happier as sellers with Alex on our team. However, full disclosure, he attempted to short sale our 1bdr 1bth condo 6 months prior to completing the standard sale. Through the process he kept advising us that he was 99.9% sure the short sale would be approved and that he has a 100% success rate with short sales, but it was denied by Wells Fargo (probably due to our positive net income). This was a blessing in disguise because he sold it as a standard sale 4 months later.When we wanted to buy our next property (with Alex as our representation) after he sold our condo in April 2013, he was too busy to give us any attention that would actually get us into our next property (we needed a 2-3 bedroom and 1-3 bathroom property in Orange County CA in the price range of $250-325K). He handed us off to other agents he manages under his brokerage of Coldwell Banker Excellence. We could not depend on him for any useful assistance in buying our next property and would advise anyone looking for buyer representation to seek a different agent/brokerage.We ended up having to find a different buyers agent, with a different broker to find our next property. We just closed on 3 bed 2.5 bath town-home on 5/31/2013 (asking price $299K, closing price $315K), in La Habra within Orange County CA.
