What Alex pulled off for myself and my family was nothing short of miraculous. I contacted him to sell our condo & help us negotiate the purchase of our new house. This transaction turned out to be quite complex as the buyer of our condo, ourselves, and the owners of the house we bought, all were buying their new home with their equity and pulling off this 3-way transaction in 8-10 days, was unbelievably smooth. 1) Alex had our condo sold on the first day of our open house, within the first couple of hours. 2) He bartered with the buyer and managed to get us an additional $1000 in addition to the already very fair market value that had been initially offered. 3) His numerous years of experience worked to our benefit as he actually knew the agent who was selling our new house to us- As a result, we were able to close pretty painlessly, as his relationship with the fellow realtor, allowed us to forego most of the nonsense & heavy bartering that would have otherwise taken place. (He has a habit of thinking ahead & taking care of everything.) 4) Most of all, Alex is a rarity in this modern world in so far as he actually responds to inquiries quickly & efficiently, even when it is not convenient. He is honest, ethical, personable, and damn good at what he does. I would heavily endorse Alex to anyone seeking real estate services, and am certain that he would not disappoint.
