My fiance and I bought a house recently in Foxborough, MA, and we had Anne as our realtor. She came highly recommended to us by family who had also recently bought a house through Anne, and I'm so glad that we went with her! Anne is truly amazing at her job. She is extremely knowledgeable about the housing market in the Boston area. My fiance and I were first time home-buyers, and knew very little about the process. Anne was always patient with us, explaining everything until we understood and were comfortable. Even if it meant she had to work until midnight, she would always make sure to get back to us in a timely manner, and she really takes the time to talk with her clients and get to know them. We were only interested in purchasing a multifamily property, which is a very competitive and stressful process in the Boston area. Anne always acted quickly and efficiently, and she is also very honest with her clients. There were many times Anne could have pushed us to take a house that wasn't for us, simply so she could get paid sooner and do less work. Anne simply doesn't work this way. She will work with her clients until they find was is best for them. She truly cares about the well being of her clients and wants them to find a place that will make them happy, and one that will also work with their budget. She has great negotiation skills and will always make sure her clients are getting the best deal possible. In addition, after we bought the place and were searching for tenants, Anne also gave us some great suggestions with the process and even helped us with things like writing up the lease. My fiance and I will be looking to buy another property in the near future, and we will absolutely be using Anne as our realtor again. Thank you for everything, Anne!
