Phil helped me buy a multi family home in the Park Ave area. He had worked there many times in the past and definitely knew the area well. He was very helpful in setting me up and explaining tools that helped me understand what to look for and how to estimate what I would be paying. I told him what I was looking for and set me up to find it, and when I found one I liked, he had a meeting set up in less than a day. He was very accommodating and informative in setting up and showing of the home and writing up of the offer. Phil also had very helpful contacts in the insurance and mortgage worlds that helped set me up to make some better decisions.Also it was refreshing to work with someone who used technology, such as electronic signatures and forms, to make the purchase and offer process easier.

We actually found Phil by searching the rating on Zillow, so we went in hoping the reviews were honest. During our first contact call to schedule an appointment, we were shocked to hear he was answering our call while on vacation! That made us feel he was really committed to the job. The pictures he took off the house were beautiful and the listing process was made easy. We had approximately 25 showing during the 4 days we were listed. There were multiple offers and we sold over the asking price. The closing took a little longer than expected due to complications of the buyer, but Phil kept on top of it and updated us regularly. He was great at returning calls promptly and answering and any concerns we had. Thank you everyone for the honest reviews, and thank you Phil for the experience we had selling our home.
