Gina helped me with buying my first home, and she pounded the pavement while we searched for housing in Smyrna (close to work), high rise condos in downtown Atlanta (where I thought I wanted to buy) and houses in Duluth (where I grew up and have family) and she was just as versatile and effective in all of the markets/areas. Gina was always patient with me, and tenacious with the sellers agents we were dealing with. I never thought about it, but in retrospect that is the EXACT thing and she is EXACTLY who you want in a realtor. You want somebody who will be patient, show genuine interest in you and then be aggressive dealing with the opposing agent. Gina went to work on my deal as if it were her money and her house she was buying. She is very sweet and sincere and just truly wonderful to deal with!! Pick her and then you can thank me later.

From the beginning to end of the home-buying process, Ashley was focused on building a relationship with us and ensuring we found the right home for our needs and situation. Ashley is easy to work with and to get in contact with, and she works alongside you during all aspects of the process. This was especially helpful for us since we were first-time home-buyers. Ashleys thoroughness, attentiveness, and willingness to steadily drive the flow of the deal resulted in an easy and stress-free process. Ashley was professional, friendly, strategic and knowledgeable during the negotiation phase, which helped us secure a deal that was a great value and that we felt really good about. Ashley has a lot of great contractor connections, which we used during the process to get work done on the house that was effective and efficient, and I will continue to use those contractors for future work on the home. In conclusion, it is evident that Ashley truly cares about her clients, and that made us feel really good about working with her.
