I ran into Michael at an open house and left him my contact information even though I wasn't terribly interested in buying at the time. I found him to be knowledgeable and sharp and thought in the future when I was more serious he might be someone who could help me. I wasn't from the area and knew the city appealed a great deal to me, but didn't know enough about the streets and neighborhoods and schools to really know where I might want to be.My circumstances were somewhat specific. I was on a budget looking for location first, something livable second, and something that had some great long term potential third. That expertise and ability to listen to me was key and I thought he did terrific on all accounts showing me properties that were in line with what I was interested in. He knew I wasn't in a rush and would occasionally mention properties that he thought would be a fit in a non-pushy kind of way which was great. In the end I did purchase a home with his help. Through the process he was smart, tough, and helped me get a property at a price that worked for me. He was flexible and always responsive when I needed him to be and yet took care of many things along the way saving me from having to deal with them personally. I would recommend him.
