When we decided to sell a home in Almaden in January 2021, we interviewed three real estate agencies. We chose Cole and Riese because it felt like they understood exactly what was happening in our area at the time, and would help us price it properly and sell it quickly.During the sales process, they made four significant recommendations, all of which turned out to be correct.
