Trisha was very down to earth and easy to talk to. She taught us a few things we didnt know from our first home purchase, and she fought (and unfortunately paid) to ensure we got what was advertised when we went to close. The previous owner had advertised a home theatre system in the finished basement with the listing, but just a few days before closing said that they wanted extra to leave it with the house because it cost them so much. Sad part was the system was in the photos of the listing, which were actually the file photos the realtor had from the first time it sold, so they didnt even buy it. Trisha helped us fight to get it as part of the deal, but ultimately she split the cost of the system with the listing agent and they paid the seller at close, which we didnt find out till we walked out of the title company. I just dont think that you would find a lot of realtors out there that are going to follow through with something they know is not right to the point of paying for something out of their own pocket.
