We had been in contact with Tinamarie over the last couple of years about discussing our intentions of selling our home. She always responded promptly and professionally. We decided to give her a call at the end of January to put our home up for sale. When she came to our home, we asked how quickly it would sell. Tina thought it would take a couple of weeks. Well, it all happened pretty quickly. We filled out the paperwork on a Sunday, the photographer came in that Tuesday to take pictures, it was online that Wednesday morning by 5 am, and Tina kept us up to date on everything. That day, we had 2 showings scheduled, including, one for that evening. Over the next couple of days, we had a total of 5 showings. We had 2 offers in that time, and the house was under contract on Sunday. So it only took 5 days. We loved the fact that we did not have to have a sign in the front yard and that pre-approval was necessary for showings. Tina comes highly recommended. She was honest, friendly and efficient! Being a first time home buyer, we only heard horror stories from our close friends and relatives about how stressful the process can be. Naturally we were scared. We were new to the state and area so had NO idea what to expect. I can say, that buying our first home with Tina Marie was the complete and total opposite of the horrors we heard. She took care of EVERYTHING, and we didnt have to worry about anything. She was beyond efficient with returning documents and completely accessible whenever we needed her. Anything from helping us with home repair referrals, everything with our mortgage team, to even handling things in our place when we were unable to be there.
