Theres a reason that Debbie has been regarded as the top realtor in Morris county. She is undoubtedly the best. Debbie worked with us for about six months, exhaustively searching. During our house hunting, we looked at countless houses - Debbie was completely accommodating to our hectic schedule, and endlessly patient with us. There were four houses that we bid on: one that we didnt win and the other three that we later decided we didnt want to go through with. For one of these homes we were actually in attorney review by the time we decided that we wanted to pull out. I was a bit mortified to tell Debbie, but of course we did, and she was completely supportive. I imagine most realtors would have been a quite frustrated with us at this point, but Debbie was completely kind and professional. In fact, the first time we saw her after we pulled out of the house, she gave me a big hug and was very lighthearted and joking about what happened. It immediately put as at ease, allowing us to focus our efforts onto our house search. A couple of months after this happened, Debbie directed us to the home of our dreams and we couldnt be happier. We were so indecisive during the buying process, I was genuinely worried wed never find our dream home. All in all, we thoroughly enjoyed our experience with Debbie and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for their dream home. At this point, shes not only our realtor, but our friend.

We asked Debbie to find us a home in the worst possible time - during a pandemic and a housing shortage. She was excellent. Our first day out I could tell she was evaluating what our priorities were in a home as we toured a couple open houses. The following week, she let us know that there wasn't anything currently on the market that would satisfy us, so she was going to use her contacts and see what was possibly coming on the market. She used her network to find a house that was perfect for us. Not only that, but she was fantastic during a trying negotiation, inspection, and final closing. Debbie was great counsel to not only us, but also to the sellers as she helped keep the process moving forward with the big picture in mind of getting us in our new home. We cannot recommend her enough. She is professional, knowledgable, and resourceful, with outstanding people skills. She's the realtor you want on your team.
