Debbie and her colleague, Mary McKay, assisted us with our home purchase in Chatham NJ. As first time home-buyers in a sellers market the process was competitive and stressful, but Mary McKay was amazing and the whole process went incredibly smooth. We found Debbie through Zillow as we liked one of her listings, and we sent an online inquiry, and within ten minutes we had a lovely response from Debbie and her team. Throughout the entire process (and even after our closing!), Mary was always available and responsive. Since we were moving from NYC out to the suburbs we relied on Marys knowledge of Chatham (as she is a long-time resident) down to the block. Mary really took the time to get to learn and understand our wants and needs, and she always respected our budget. Debbie and Mary have a phenomenal short list of suggestions for attorneys, home inspectors, etc... Once we were in contract on our home we relied upon a lot of their suggestions and were also incredibly satisfied with those services. A sign of a great realtor is having great contacts in the other components of a home purchase/sale (the best work with the best!). We would not hesitate to recommend Debbie and Mary to our friends and family. Thank you both!

If you are looking at buying or selling a home in Chatham, there really is only one person to call and that is Debbie. We purchased our home in Chatham and she happened to be the listing agent and our realtor and 100pct, she was completely fair both ways, totally knowledgeable about the home, the area and about as plugged in and connected as anyone could possibly be. You need help with the inspection, she has someone, you need something cleared from the town, she knows someone. But also it doesnt stop after you close, send her a text or email about a referral and she got someone lined up, and those people have all been 100pct excellent and reliable. One day we will sell this home and there will only be one realtor that we will call because shes the best in town, if not the area and probably if she wanted, all of NJ. And to top it off, she is nice and has zero of the attitude you see with most realtors. Really top notch.
