We were referred to Kory through Veterans United. After a short conversation gathering our wants and needs, he went to work. A few days later, he called on a property that just came on the market. It was listed well below its true value and it was exactly what we wanted. He advised us of the average cost per square foot and his thoughts as to proper offer if we really wanted this property. We did put an offer on the property but below his advised price. We did not have our offer accepted and it closed almost to the dollar he suggested. He knows the area extremely well and has his pulse on the market.. Moving on we set up seven different houses to look at a couple of weeks later. It just so happened to be a day of crazy rain and flooding. We made it to all of the houses that day. There wasnt a single question about whether or not we should continue. Ive bought and sold homes before and I dont think we would have gotten the same dedication from previous realtors. We made one offer on one of the seven houses we saw that day and it was accepted. We were using a VA loan and he was very knowledgeable of some of the minor differences. He had a water sample of our well scheduled the very next day, knowing that it would take a bit longer. The entire process was stressful, but he was there to answer our questions and guide us through it. If you need a realtor, look no farther. Kory was very in tune with what we wanted and needed. He was very quick to respond to texts and call. If you look at the definition of aEURoeOrganizedaEUR? it has his picture next to it. Itineraries and listings of all the properties we saw. When our offer was accepted, he sent a schedule of when things should be completed by and what to expect. In the end we got the home of our dreams and we truly feel like we got it for a great price.
