My spouse and I really enjoyed working with Kory and Veronica during the homebuying process. As Realtors they: are considerate of the buyers needs, are knowledgeable of the aspects that a first time home buyer might not know and, were willing to work with us in order to help us through the homebuying process. It really felt like they had our best interest at heart. When we started this purchase process, it was one of the most difficult markets in recent history, and despite the fact that there were not many homes available in our price range; they were able to help us with customized selections and options in order to try to increase our buying power and took a close look at what our needs would be. They were quick to respond and answer any questions. When we found a house which would meet our budget and needs, they were able to provide us with options for writing the contract that helped get our offer noticed, and accepted!
