Britta has done a terrific job representing my wife and I on three real estate transactions as both the buyer and seller. She has a great understanding of the inventory and pricing in our location south of Boston. When we first met her she looked at us and said, "I've got the perfect house for you"; and it was perfect for 6 years and three babies. Then recently she helped us again sell that house and buy our dream home. She is a tenacious negotiator who got us both houses under asking. As a seller she got us 6 offers after the first open house, all over asking. She was mostly responsive, but we did have to track her down on a few things. I think she is an in-demand agent with a lot of business. Lastly, she has an impressive network of mortgage lenders, lawyers, contractors, etc. who we were able to tap into. She always had someone she could recommend.
