I had my home in the HB streets listed with another major brokerage for six months in 2015. It kept telling me deals were coming...nothing came. I gave up and called lots of different brokers for help. But one guy stood out above all the rest - Scott. From the moment he took my call to weeks after my home closed, he was on the ball and it always felt like he was working with my best interests at heart. In just 45 days - after the selling season had passed by the way - he brought me an offer at the list price and we closed 30 days later. Hallelujah. He said he would get it done (like they all do) and he got it done (which few do). And as I mentioned, I was never in state or near the home during the entire process. He handled it all - the inspection, the fixes, the buyer move in...everything. I cannot say enough good things about Scott and from my experience...if you have a home in the downtown streets of HB, Scott should be your realtor.

Scot was instrumental in helping us not to make the wrong decision when buying a house in Huntington Harbour. When we first made an offer and went into escrow on the house we ended up buying, it was on a contingency (we had to sell our previous house first). Someone else then made an offer and knocked us out of the running. We stopped by an open house hosted by a different realtor and while that house was out of our price range, she showed us a house that was in the harbor but not on the water. We then went into escrow on that house which coincidently was being represented by Scot.Meanwhile the first house fell out of escrow and Scot knew being on the water was what we truly wanted and so he helped us to cancel the other escrow and go back into escrow on the house we originally wanted.He would have made money on either house. However he had our best interests at heart and he knew which house was best for our needs and our wishes. That shows the professionalism and client first mantra that Scot operates under.That spoke volumes for me and it showed me that not only does Scot listen to what you want, he will guide you in the right direction even when you make a misstep.In three years the house has appreciated to almost double what we paid for it and we have Scot to thank for pointing us in the right direction.Scot is a superb realtor who has superb knowledge about homes in the Huntington Beach and surrounding areas.
