Janie Hickle and everyone I dealt with at The Christina Bailey Group was fantastic! My husband and I have been looking to move from New Jersey to the Carlisle, PA area for a while now to be close to our daughter, son in law and 3 grandchildren. When I came across Creek View 55+ Community in Carlisle, and Janies contact information was on their website, I sent her an email thru the link and she responded with a phone call within 30 minutes! We made arrangements to meet at the community and toured several homes available for sale. She was so helpful and knowledgeable about the entire real estate process that it immediately put me at ease. She answered any questions I had with confidence-it was obvious that she loves what she does and will go the extra mile to help her clients! While New Jersey real estate transactions dont happen as quickly as they do in PA, she negotiated a aEURoecontingency upon sale of our homeaEUR? into the contract, which was accepted. She and her staff walked us through the whole process with detailed instructions via email and phone calls. There certainly was a lot for us to do, but Janie kept us on track! And we texted each other regularly- specifically because I wanted to keep her updated on the progress with the sale of our New Jersey house. The entire process was so well orchestrated by Janie and her staff (specifically Stephanie and Heather!) that we really didnt have to worry about much. It is with great pleasure that I write this review for Janie! She is truly an asset to The Christina Bailey Group and I cant recommend her highly enough for anyone looking for a real estate agent!
