Donna did an excellent job from the sale of our previous home to the purchase of our new home! She took the time to help us with staging our home, had pictures taken that really highlighted why we enjoyed our home for so many years...it looked just like a model home and with her advice on our asking price and her marketing techniques we sold in JUST 2 weeks!!!! Then came the even harder part of finding our new home and after a couple days and a few hours of going from one home to another with every showing having a lot of the features we were looking for without wasting any of our time. She really took note of our needs and took the time to make sure the homes were a good fit and sure enough we found our forever home. She got on the phone immediately with the builders sales agent and worked hard to negotiate the extras we were looking for at a price we could afford. Her negotiating skills really came into play and I could see what a true professional she really is, by the end of the day we signed the contract!! She followed thru taking care of everything from staying in touch with the bank on the mortgage end..also working with the builder to make sure all the fine tuning of our new construction home were just right!! Challenge's came and went Donna addressed all of them without a hitch. Was I ever happy that Donna was by our side the whole way...I could never ask for more then she gave everyday throughout the whole selling and buying process as she gave it her all. In closing if you need an agent that has SUPERSTAR qualities choose Donna as your agent she will take all the pressure off you and put it upon herself and deliver a truly enjoyable selling or buying experience or in our case both. Now we not only consider her a GREAT realtor but a new found friend. THANKS again Donna for making our dreams come true!!!
