Eric is an exceptional realtor. He goes above and beyond for his clients and really takes the time to understand your housing needs. Weve worked with Eric over the past 4+ years, first as inexperienced home buyers and as sellers during a pandemic. As first time homebuyers we really didnt understand the market that well and it took time for us to figure out what we wanted. Eric was extremely patient with us and he never pressured us into making a decision that we would regret, just so he could make a quick sale. He really took the time to understand our needs and provided sound advice and resources along the way. I needed to sell a condo to close an Estate in a timely fashion and was a "First Time Seller" with no prior experience. He discussed some great recommendations to increase the number of interested buyers and selling prices, but always allowed me to decide how to proceed. His referrals, including an Electrician, a Real Estate Attorney and an Interior Designer, were reliable, professional and helped facilitate the sale. His contacts in the Brookline area as well as the surrounding communities drew good crowds to the open houses, which he personally attends, answering questions about the neighborhood and addressing Buyers concerns. His expertise helped land several bids and a fast closing. He had my best interests at heart and made a stressful time virtually stress free.
