Eric Glassoff has introduced me to a new level of what a real estate agent or business man can realy be. amazing!! he is 10 for 10 in every single field!! an extremely wise man with a high level of experience, knowledge and trust. What makes him a cut above is his unique warm and caring personality, he is out there to do everything and anything only for your best! He goes the extra mile with a bright smile, you dont have to do anything! leave it all up to him and its done. you can leave the keys with Eric and just go on vacation, come back and i promise you wont be disappointed, he will get you top dollar! i sold my moms house with him in boston and I cant even tell you what a pleasure it was to deal with him. so smooth! i never stepped a foot into his office, he always came to us and worked around our schedule not his. I'm a real estate investor in NJ and I deal with realtors all day, I haven''t met a realtor like Eric yet! We started our connection with him as a realtor, but now he's a family friend. we still keep up with him and talk every so often. I would recommend him to everyone with no doubt!

First let me say that I'm one of those people that thinks I can do everything myself. Part of that is that I often find that I do things better than anyone I could possibly hire. The other part of that is that I don't like to spend money unnecessarily. With that said I am extremely thankful that I had a flash of good sense and hired Eric Glassoff to represent us in what turned out to be somewhat difficult real estate transactions. Eric was incredibly thoughtful, caring and understanding as we sold the house I grew up in and my parents lived in for well over 50 years. He made what could and probably would have been a traumatic and emotionally charged time period very manageable. He was thorough, patient, and extremely attentive to our needs. Best of all I always felt he had my back and I never once felt alone. I know that sounds a bit odd when you consider that I am describing real estate but these were trying circumstances for me and my family. And when others dropped the ball Eric gladly picked up the slack and kept the process moving forward. The Boston real-state market is a different beast. Luckily, we found Erik, who not only helped us find and buy a home we love, but also educated us through the entire process. First, he helped us calibrate our expectations by lining up many private showings in a very few days. After that, once we had a better picture in mind, he was extremely quick at getting us in the houses that were appearing in the market. When we finally found the one, he helped us negotiate the right price and eventually get the home we wanted at the price we were willing to pay. Everything that followed went very quickly (we closed in less than 30 days), as we he is very well connected to equally recommendable attorneys, home inspectors, and pretty much any other person you might need. Changing jobs, cities and homes in just 2-3 months can be a very stressful process, but certainly we were able to get the home hunting process done very smoothly thanks to Eric and, thus, we very strongly recommend him.
