I was so incredibly happy with my experience working with Lauren. She truly exceeded my expectations of a real estate professional in every aspect. You can tell she is passionate about her work and about providing a good customer experience. Not only have I used her to buy my home, but I have several family members and friends who have used her to buy and/or sell homes- and she is always on top of things!The home buying/selling process is already stressful. Add the competitive nature of the 2021/2022 market, and it only becomes even more so. Lauren is available and very responsive via text, phone call and/or e-mail. She takes the time to explain things to you and she is very thorough in her communication. She is knowledgeable about the properties she shows and answers any questions you have. On top of that, what I really valued most in Lauren is that she makes herself available to you when you need her. She knows real estate transactions are a big event for most people and she wants to minimize stress so you can be confident throughout the process. At times, I would request same-day showings and Lauren would make it happen! I would absolutely use Lauren again for future real estate needs and I highly recommend her to anyone looking for an outstanding real estate agent who goes above and beyond for her customers. ??????????
