My husband and I knew what we wanted and didn't want in a house, nothing above $275, no pool, not a fixer upper, one story... Jeri never tried to convince us of something else, she understood our needs and didn't rush the process. Never wasting our time with something we didn't want. Not only did Jeri show us countless homes, but always had words of wisdom when we would make offers that weren't accepted "this just wasn't the house for you, the right home will come along" she was right! We think back on the other homes we had made offers on, and are so glad our offers weren't accepted, we ended up in our dream home, for LESS than our max price. We will defiantly call on Jeri if we ever decide to move, she really understands clients needs and makes a difficult process, like finding a home, less stressful.

Jeri Talbott's knowledge and expertise were critical to the completion of our transactions! She was very professional and always handled things with a smile. Jeri's recommendations for setting selling prices and offer prices were always on track. The home we sold went quickly and at a great price due to her suggestions. The offer we made on the home we purchased was right on track with the market, so the offer was easily accepted.Not many properties that met our needs were available at the time. A property fell out of escrow, and Jeri moved quickly to get us to see the property, and get in a successful bid. She was always on top of our purchase, in spite of the fact that the seller's out-of-town realtor often failed to return her calls. Other complications ensued, and Jeri addressed each one promptly and thoroughly until the transaction was successfully completed.
