Initially, Chris helped us prepare for the sale of our property by helping us view our home from a buyer's point of view. He provided invaluable advice on what we "could" do verses what we "should" do to prepare our home for sale. He even provided great referrals for the yard work we needed to have done. As a result, that person has been taking care of our yard ever since.Chris ran comps of similar properties in the area to help us set a realistic price. Of course we wanted top dollar, but we also wanted a quick sale. Based on his expert advice we were not disappointed!
