When it came time for me to purchase my 1st home, I began the search for an experienced professional realtor to assist me with the process. A professional realtor with years of experience,willing to give me the time and attention I needed was exactly what I found in Chris Meadows. Being a 1st time home buyer I did not know what to expect with the home buying experience. Chris explained to me the process and what I should expect. He referred me to a Mortgage broker to help find the right loan for me. I told Chris what I was looking for in a home and the price range I was looking for. He did a great job of finding me homes that fit my criteria. When it came time to make an offer he always did an excellent job of keeping me informed and up to date with where we were at. We contacted Chris Meadows regarding the sale of our home in Vancouver in 2004. He immediately proved to be an attentive and caring realtor. It was our first sale, thus we had many questions and concerns about making needed repairs, how to calculate an asking price, creating a listing and, most importantly, locating our potential new home. Chris listened to our needs and concerns, and very quickly had several houses for us to review. Once we put our house on the market, it sold within 24 hours. We now had to quickly find a new home. In the midst of all this, I had to make a week-long trip to New York. Through it all, Chris kept his cool and his sense of humor, and helped us to keep ours.
