When we set out to sell our home lin the summer of 2021, we were worried about our ability to sell our home at the price we were asking since the value had jumped very quickly in a short amount of time. Once we listed, we received many requests to view our home, but no offers ever came. We attributed that to the layout of the house (all bedrooms were upstairs), rather than the efforts of our realtor Angela Angell. She was very patient with us when we stuck to our guns on the sales price. Ultimately, we asked to pull the house from the market and to wait until the spring. Amazingly, while we were waiting, she was approached by an agent from a potential buyer, who had seen the house while it was listed, but needed to sell their house first. Needless to say, we received an offer at almost asking and sold in late winter. Angela never lost hope that the house would sell at, or near asking price. She encouraged us to wait until the market came back for our area. I can't say enough about the professional and caring attitude she displayed throughout the listing and selling process.
