So most of you know that Ive been saving to buy a condo the last year but only a few close friends knew that as of 2 months ago my seach really started. I had made 2 offers in that time and lost out on both due to the market being the hardest for buyers right now. Both places sold in 24 hours or less with 9 offers each. Needless to say, I was getting a bit discouraged. On Friday I made my third attempt on a beautiful condo but I wasnt letting myself get excited anymore because of the previous outcomes. Well, at 10:30PM last night (When I was sleeping) I got a text from my agent stating that out of 10 offers, mine was chosen!!!!! Im still in complete shock and it feels surreal. I have been waiting this morning for the last piece of paperwork for it to be official so I still wasnt telling anyone. I am beyond thrilled for this step in my journey of life and I couldnt of done it without my incredible agent Steve and an incredible lending team (Natalie & Kevin) at Evergreen Home Loans in Marysville. They went above and beyond for me. Steve had to put up with my constant texts and questions, I dont know how he did it. He never stopped looking even when I was feeling defeated in this Market. I cant thank him, Kevin, and Natalie enough for pretty much dropping everything to get my offer letters and Paperwork turned in. Thank you all so much! Also, Id like to thank my parents for all the support they have given me thru this as well as telling me on the daily that I will find my perfect fit when the time was right. EEEEKKKK I finally did it!
