We had a really horrible experience when we started the house buying process with another lender, so we had to take our business elsewhere. We had talked to a few real estate agents, but never settled until we met Steve. A friend of ours referred him to us because they too were first time home buyers. And when they told us he was great, they werent kidding! Steve made everything seem so easy and comfortable for us. He took his time with us, making us feel like we were the only ones he was helping,when we knew that couldnt be true. Steve gave us lots of insight into the homes we were looking at, things others may not know because of his previous experiences. In many ways he became like a part of our family during this whole process. My kids think hes great, and we are so happy he helped us get into our first home. I would highly recommend him, and have already, to anyone who wants to feel cared about during this difficult process. There were times we wanted to quit it all, but Steve was such a positive motivator and always on our side. Words really cannot express the gratitude we have for Steve. His professionalism, attention to our needs, and the care he puts into the process should not be overlooked. Thank you Steve for everything youve done for our family. Purchasing a home in King County is tough enough; doing so while living out of state is extremely difficult.Without help from our trusted real estate agent, Steve Strauss, my family of five would be renting a home. Moving from California, and with a young family, our trips to Washington had to be efficient. Steve helped us research, pre-inspect, and narrow down options quickly. He joyfully shared knowledge about local builders and pointed us in the right direction for purchasing our home in Woodinville, WA. As our agent, Steve took time to meet with us when we were in the state, sharing his expertise during home walkthroughs and inspections, and took care of several important needs when we were unable to be present (from home inspection to getting our keys after the purchase of the home).I highly recommend Steve Strauss if you are looking for an agent who knows the area, has extensive knowledge when it comes to new construction (which is helpful, even if you are an experienced home-buyer), and will be an advocate for you to ensure all of your needs are met and/or exceeded.
