Kari did a beyond amazing job handling the sale of our home in the Snoqualmie Ridge neighborhood outside of Seattle!Due to our personal circumstances, we had to move out of state before the sale of the home could be completed, and Kari managed everything for us with extreme professionalism and efficiency, all of the way from finding and negotiating with local contractors for repairs and improvements, to monitoring and verifying the completion of work to a very high standard of quality. This would have been painfully difficult for us to manage remotely an Kari made the entire process completely streamlined and easy.She also did an amazing job running multiple open houses for us and helping gather and communicate feedback from interested parties.
