Tim was my absolute best choice for help in finding a home. My situation was unique, I went through the citys website to find an affordable housing unit that would be right for me as a first time home buyer. Tim was very accommodating and even visited each potential home with me. Upon deciding which home I would be buying, Tim helped me all throughout my very complicated process with getting approved through the city. Not only did he aide me in getting approved to purchase the unit, but also helped me throughout the process of applying for a DPA loan. I feel very lucky with smooth how my home purchase went despite all the stipulations that came with it being an affordable unit. Even after deciding I would be purchasing the home, Tim helped me by coming along to my Blue tape inspection and making sure that the builders fixed any problems that could arise and was very thorough during the inspection.
