We had worked with Nicole in 2017 on a home purchase that went so smoothly that we reached out to her 2yrs later when we decided to sell and move to Shingle Springs. Her professionalism has always been first rate, but this time around we were even more impressed with the rich experience she offered. She coached us on the merits of various areas/communities, invested the time to research aspects of an area that we were all just learning about...particularly aspects and nuances that could factor into resale value, taxes etc. Nicole also showed great subject matter depth as we worked through inspections, county disclosures and more related to the transactions and documentation itself. On the selling end, as this was the first time selling with Nicole, we were so impressed with her commitment and creativity.
