I couldnt have asked for a better agent. Jennifer is exceptional at what she does. Shes knowledgeable, thorough, and patient... and above all else she ALWAYS looks out for your best interest from the moment you start searching for a home until long after you close escrow... yes, you read that right. Jennifer doesnt stop providing top notch customer service when the deal closes, you can count on her as an invaluable resource for life. I met Jennifer many years ago when I was going through a divorce and selling my home. I didnt know Jennifer and it was a stressful time in my life. Jennifer sold my house (which was a short sale) in record time and helped me keep my sanity during the process. I was forever grateful to her for helping me close that chapter of my life. Now years later when I was ready to purchase another home I KNEW there was no other agent I would choose. While showing me homes Jennifer didnt just look at aesthetics... she checks things like the AC unit, the water heater, etc... I have never met another agent more knowledgeable and detailed than she is. Not only that, but she had my back every step of the way and truly looked out for me and my best interest. Jennifer was never too busy to take a call or a text message from me and I was always shocked at how quickly she responded to every message I sent.
