Kimberly has been a joy to work with. Truly one of my shining moments of the homebuying process has been the trustworthy and reliable service she has provided. And to be honest, it is exactly what we needed, we had so many things that needed to be done for our relocation to Texas. It?s almost as if she knew what to do to make this as effortless as possible. She had complete knowledge of the area and the house history, she understood the needs of our family and advise us wisely and properly to give us what we expected. She was so courteous because I could ask her any questions at any time of the day and she responded without delay. Me and my wife still talk about how surprising and amazing it was that we found the house that we wanted, at the right price and sealed the deal within a weeks time. Kim helped facilitate our familys move from IL to Texas, in the most competitive market in recent memory. I wanted a realtor with expertise in the North Dallas market, as well as someone who was familiar with buyers who were using a VA Loan. Kim checked all those boxes. Moving from out of State most of the showings were done through Facetime, so I had to have the utmost trust in my realtors feedback of the house and neighborhood. Kim was very responsive and honest, and did not hesitate to let us know if certain houses I wanted to see were probably not a good fit for our family. Finally when it came to competing against multiple offers Kim had various techniques that helped us stick out verse what was sometimes up to 20+ competing offers. I do not know if we would have been able to land our dream house without Kims help. I would recommend her to all my friends and family without any hesitation, it was a true pleasure working with her through this purchase.
