Kim helped facilitate our familys move from IL to Texas, in the most competitive market in recent memory. I wanted a realtor with expertise in the North Dallas market, as well as someone who was familiar with buyers who were using a VA Loan. Kim checked all those boxes. Moving from out of State most of the showings were done through Facetime, so I had to have the utmost trust in my realtors feedback of the house and neighborhood. Kim was very responsive and honest, and did not hesitate to let us know if certain houses I wanted to see were probably not a good fit for our family. Finally when it came to competing against multiple offers Kim had various techniques that helped us stick out verse what was sometimes up to 20+ competing offers. I do not know if we would have been able to land our dream house without Kims help.
