We are moving to Waco from out of town and Pam was the perfect person for us. She was able to get in and do video tours of homes the same day they went on the market so we could see them early and competitively. She was an expert in guiding us through the offer process, which we did 3 times before we landed on our new home! This market is nuts! She calmed our worries, eased our anxieties, and gave us every minute of time we asked for more promptly than we could've hoped. She even helped us get contractors out to the new property for painting and repair estimates, usually on the same day we talked about it! And even with the wild market and wait times for appraisals, Pam knew the community and the process so well that we sailed through and even closed on the house early. Pam is the best of the best. My boyfriend and I both used Pam with selling and buying a house. Pam was always there when questions would arise about the selling of my house and she was adamant when it came down to getting the paperwork signed by the other lender. She is knowledgable and a go getter. I also found out that she is good at keeping secrets. My boyfriend and I had been looking for a house for a couple of months and even put an offer in on two of them. I was told we had lost out on the last one we had put an offer on. I was disappointed, to say the least since it was the second time we lost out on a house. Needless to say, Pam and my boyfriend had conjured up the whole story and they surprised me with the keys to the house after everything was finalized. It was by far the best surpise I've ever had. Pam went above and beyond what she had to do to make the surprise happen. She does what she needs to do in getting a house sold or bought in a reasonable amount of time. I've already recommended her to friends and family and will continue to do so.
