Buying a house can be a very daunting endeavour, so having the right realtor by your side through this trying time is very needful. I was extremely lucky in my choice of Realtors. Blake Roberts through his due diligence rose to the occasion and was instrumental in making my home buying dream a reality. this housing market is crazy,. And, there were many times I just wanted to call it quits, however there was Blake. When I got discouraged, he was my biggest cheerleader. When I was at a loss in simply didnt understand something, he was my tireless coach. When pessimism settled in, and the shadows were trying to roll in, he dragged me out into the light and showed me a more optimistic view. He never wants didnt answer a call or return one no matter the time. When you have his attention, you have his full attention. Your crisis become his crisis, even when they are not in reality a crisis Blake Roberts will work for you, and I dont say this lightly. I am in individual that is blind in an amputee and I utilize a wheelchair is my mobility device. Therefore, my needs are very specific. Blake took my explanations concerning my disabilities, his natural observances,and his keen mind for details and combined all that and found the perfect house for me. we looked at over 60 houses and in the end he found the one that met all my needs and is perfect for my family. This is my first house buying experience, and for all that I know perhaps all realtors in buyers forge a lasting friendship. I dont know, but what I do know is that I have a new family member. I dont just recommend him, I staunchly recommend him.
